A passport to super resale value!

...continue spreading.....

If windows need replacing, now would be the best time to do so.

Spread surewall or stucco base on the the blocks in a smooth flat layer.

Now the home should appraise for twice, if not three times as much as it was worth when we started!

Most manufactured homes are built with enough roof overhang to allow the home exterior to be changed to stucco.

First you must remove the skirting and check the footers and piers for sturdiness.

Remove and replace the door if it is dated and out of style.

After the door and window work is complete, begin digging the foundation area around the home.

After the foundation areas are dug out, it is time to call the cement trucks.

Add decorative details to the corners of the home.

If the concrete block piers have not been covered with cement, you should do so now to add extra support to the home.

Pour the cement and allow the foundation to dry. Wrap home with a Tyvek like product, weather proof sheathing or backerboard.

Add raised trim around windows and doors.

...until all of the outside walls of the home has a flat smooth finish.

Begin removing the shutters and siding off  the home.

....is wrapped in concrete block.

...the entire home.....

Begin work on door step, finish decorative trim and begin landscaping around home.

Begin your first row of block and move upward...

...until.....

Please be patient for pictures to load.
